Visible light photolysis of nitrate at night

Hi,

Does anyone know if there is a mechanism for the photolysis of NO3 radical by visible light at night in the CMAQv5.3.3?

NO3 photolysis is zero when the sun is below the horizon, i.e., nighttime.
