12-km emissions dataset for CMAQ

Hello,

I urgently need of 12-km emissions dataset as an input of CMAQ. Anyone know is there any place to download the from EPA ftp server or CMAS directly, rather than doing SMOKE modeling? If so, please let me know the link.

The CMAS Center Data warehouse hosts 12km emissions datasets.

2014 and 2011 cases are also available.
