2021 smoke-processed NEI sectorlist and smk_merge_date files

Hi,

I’d like to ask where I can find sector list file (sectorlist_2021hb) and smk merge date file for the whole 2021 (smk_merge_dates_2021.txt). I know there are smk merge dates files for each month on the 2021 NEI platform. I want to know if there is a file for the whole year.
