[A|M|P]TPRO_HOURLY : GMT or local time?

Hello,

I am using the default file “amptpro_hourly.csv” in South Korea (OUTZONE is 9). But I obtained the right result when I used OUTZONE as 0.
Does “0100” mean GMT
in manual (8.3. Temporal Allocation Files) or local time?

The hourly temporal profiles should be in local standard time (LST). If you are generating the emissions output in GMT, then your OUTZONE=0 setting is correct. Here is the details on how OUTZONE should be set.
