CMAQ(FEST-C) ERROR :When it comes to the EPIC to CMAQ link

I use CMAQ v5.3.2 version and FEST-C v1.4 version.
First , when running EPICtoCMAQ, the following error occurs.

According to the log file, I removed the extra columns and EPICtoCMAQ ran successfully.But when I import the output file into the CMAQ model, I get the following error.

 *** ERROR ABORT in subroutine depv_data_setup on PE 039 
 Could not read "L1_SW" from file "E2C_CHEM"

PM3EXIT: date&time specified as 0
Date&time specified as 0

Should do epictoCMAQ on EPIC application run not spin-up run
