CMAQ-PFAS CCTM/src

Hi everyone,

I am seeing some of you referring to CMAQ-PFAS source files on github but I cannot find that. I wonder if there is a CMAQ-PFAS model on github with CCTM/src files open to public. Please comment.

So, cb6r3 and CMAQv5.3 is latest version that can handle CMAQ-PFAS? Can’t I use cb6r5 of CMAQv5.5? And CMAQ-PFAS still only accepts “stage” and not “m3dry”, right?

Sorry for the late response here. You are correct that CMAQ-PFAS is only compatible with STAGE. CMAQ-PFAS has been upgraded to be compatible with a newer CMAQ version, but it is not yet publicly available. You can absolutely add PFAS species to cb6r5 in CMAQv5.5. But you will also need to add the code changes to support aerosol partitioning and deposition of PFAS.
