Converting CMAQ input to CAMx input

I am trying to convert 12US1 domain CMAQ fire emissions files to 12US2 domain CAMx fire emissions files. The conversion script uses meteorology files as inputs. I am using the meteorology files created for the 12US1 domain. When I run the conversion script, I get a grid dimension mismatch error. Am I supposed to use the meteorology created for the 12US2 domain or is there a way around this error? Here is a snippet of the error I get:

For this to work, wou would need to use the WRF CAMx outputs for the 12US2 domain.

We are trying to remember why you are needing to reprocess all these. There are 12US2 for CMAQ and CAMx available from the IWDW.
