Create gspro_combo for different scc

Hi!
I want to define gspro_combo profiles for some sources with different SCCs. How can I do that?

There are examples of using gspro_combo in the EPA distributions – check the speciation zip file here:

GSPRO_COMBO is used for Canada and Mexico.

In the U.S. instead of GSPRO_COMBO we use the extended form of the GSREF format for the oil and gas sector, for example.
