Hi, I’m running MCIP v5.4 using WRF data with lat-lon projection, and get the error with ‘INVALID INPUT METEOROLOGY MAP PROJECTION’, ‘ERROR ABORT in subroutine SETGRIDDEFS’, here is my run_mcip.csh file. Any suggestion for this? thank you for your help in advance.
Unfortunately, MCIP is not coded to handle a lat-lon projection, so you are reaching an error condition. As of now, MCIP supports Lambert conformal, polar stereographic, and Mercator projections.
