I used the grep command to find the ERROR message in your log.

Thanks for your response. But I used land mass of 20 categories, so I don’t know where that error originated from. Also, what about this:

Firstly, what version of WRF are you using? Secondly, what version of MCIP did you use to process the WRF output?

Hello, I’m having a similar issue and wondering how you’ve resolved this. I tried MCIP 4.2 and 4.3 using WRF3.8 outputs, and CCTM asks for LUFRAC_21 which my MCIP output doesn’t have.

Thank you for the reply. I’m using MODIFIED_IGBP_MODIS, and the attached are my namelists for WPS and WRF where I used 20 land use categories. I’ve never had this issue when I was using CMAQ5.2 and 5.3.2, but it doesn’t work for 5.0.2.
