Error in smkmerge logfile for nonroad emissions

I am dealing with nonroad emissions. There are no Errors in smkinven, spc, temporal, and grdmat log files. However, in the last step, the error is shown as above.

Looks like you are trying to output to an existing output file with a different set of variables. You need to manually remove existing output file and then rerun the run script.
