After setting the environment variables in the ‘config_cmaq.csh’, I am getting an error while sourcing the script.
“source config_cmaq.csh intel
Compiler is set to intel
H5DIR: Undefined variable.”
Can anyone help me in this regard? I am new in CMAQ. So it would also be great if anyone can suggest me any documentation for debugging CAMQ compilation, instead of disturbing every time in the forum. Thanks in advance.
Can you show me your config_cmaq.csh file. What’s written in there?
