I think you’re referring to lateral boundary conditions. Is that right?
The WACCM configuration from aqmbc might be a helpful starting place, but the WACCM aerosol definitions are not really complete. You could also look at the mozart2camx processors – obviously for CAMx not CMAQ, so you’d also need the camx2cmaq. Both are available at CAMx support software
Thank you very much,but I don’t understand your answer, i made a golbel anthropogenic pm2.5 invertory and I wanna verify if the inventory is correct , so I wonder that if the cmaq can be coupled with CESM(global NCAR model) to verify the invertory. thanks
When you use the word “couple” what do you mean? If you made a global inventory, why not use MPAS-CMAQ? Or why not use CESM (CESM has its own atmospheric chemistry model, so does not need CMAQ)? You need to be much more clear about your goal.
Thanks a lot, why the cmaq has the model wrf-cmaq, actually, there is a model of wrf-chem, which includes the chemical reaction of the pollution air, maybe I made a mistake that I think if i wanna verify my inventory ,i have to use cesm coupled with cmaq, but you mean cesm can verify the inventory independetly.
