Influence of meteorological parameters on NO2

Dear CMAQ community,

I am still new to CMAQ modelling and I was wondering if anyone knows whether it is possible to simulate the influence of various meteorological parameters such as windspeed, precipitation, temperature etc. on the NO2 pollution? So, in other words, can I use the WRF-CMAQ model to generate a NO2 output that was not influenced by meteorology?

Thank you for your help.

Best regards,
Renée

If you know the term of “One atmosphere”, then you will get to know this is not feasible using CMAQ to do. In general, the task that you mentioned are done by machine learning models or statistical methods (GAM model is a typical way).

I don’t think you can (Please correct me if I am wrong). The dispersion of NO2 is driven by multiple meteorological parameters simulated by WRF.
