Mapping between CMAQ (CB05AE6) species and CAM_Chem species

Hi everyone,

I am trying to create the BCON and ICON from CAM_Chem output for my CMAQ (5.3.1) simulations using the mozart2cmax tool. However, there is no species mapping file between CMAQ species (CB05-AERO6) and CAM_Chem species available. I have contacted the developers of the tool (Ramboll Environ) for support but they suggested me to consult with the developers of the CMAQ model instead. So, I created a new topic in the hope that if someone who has created BCON and ICON from CAM_Chem output for CMAQ could share with me the updated species mapping file to convert from CAM_Chem species to CMAQ (CB05-AERO6) species.

I am not aware of this resource for CMAQ, however, there is a mapping from CAM_Chem to WRF-Chem available here:
