MCIP4.1 running error

I am having a problem runnning MCIP4.1 after running WRF3.7.1.

Error running mcip

This issue was incorrectly tagged as CMAQ, which led to a delay in our response. Have you resolved your issue?

The intent of the check is to determine “May these two REAL*8 numbers be intended to be the same, up to reasonable round-off error?” In this case, it looks as though they are intended to be the same, but the round-off error is rather larger than one might expect. You might change the tolerance in "chkfil3.f90"s
DBLERR from 1.0D-12 to something larger, perhaps 1.0D-11, re-compile, and re-run. If you tell us that succeeds, we will change the tolerance in the routine, and credit you appropriately in the I/O API change-log.

MCIP4.2 was released in 2013, so v4.1 is at least 8 years old.
Since we are now on MCIPv5.0, released in November 2019, I strongly recommend that you update to the latest version of MCIP before spending too much time debugging this issue. If it persists in MCIPv5.0, please post a new thread.
