MODIS_FPAR file for WBDUST in CMAQv5.2.1

I was wondering if someone has a MODIS_FPAR file (North America or CONUS domain) needed as input for windblown dust module in CMAQv5.2. Is it possible to create one from MCIPv5 output as a shortcut?
