NO2 column sensitivity in CMAQ: impact of varying NOx hourly emissions

Hi all,

If running CMAQ for just one hour, with two cases identical except for the NOx emissions (anthropogenic and wildfire) being twice as much in the second case, and finding that the NMB of NO2 column concentration over the US. differs by less than 2%, is this reasonable? Could it possibly indicate a problem with the parameterization scheme settings? The NMB for the surface layer is ~15%.
