OBS AQS file in AMETv1.5?

Hello,

I am trying to install AMETv1.5, I have downloaded AMETv1.5 from using git clone -b master GitHub - USEPA/AMET: Code base for the U.S. EPA’s Atmospheric Model Evaluation Tool (AMET) AMET_v15

But there is no OBS data for AQS in the ‘obs’ folder. From where I can download obs data for 2016?
