Process analysis CLDS(clouds) value expressed in negative value

Hi all,
I tried to calculate the contribution of sulfate by in-cloud reaction.
So, I used process analysis tool in CMAQ and calculate contribution.
But I got negative value( ex) -48.08, -0.04 etc.) in ‘CLDS’ sulfate, so I was in trouble to treat them.
Do you guys know how I can treat these negative value in process analysis???

The CMAQ CLDS process includes scavenging and wet deposition as well as aqueous phase reactions. The net effect is usually negative for most species.

So you mean that the negative value of CLDS process is caused by scavenging and wet deposition, right???
