Shape file not found

NEI Modeling Platform Spatial Surrogate Issues

Hi all,

I was trying to create spatial surrogate 311 and 312 (Total Agriculture without Orchards/Vineyards and Orchards/Vineyards) but the shapefile that is needed for it us_ag2k can not be found in the CMAS data center. Also, the emiss_shp2003 folder has the shapefiles needed for some of the surrogates in NEI2011. The folder is also not found anywhere. I will be grateful if anyone helps me resolve this issue.

The Shapefiles for 2011 NEI should mostly be in these folders:

https://gaftp.epa.gov/Air/emismod/2011/v3platform/spatial_surrogates/shapefiles/

https://gaftp.epa.gov/Air/emismod/2011/v2platform/spatial_surrogates/

With the v3platform data being the most up to date.
