Some questions about the dust heterogeneous chemistry in CMAQ5.3.2

Hi everyone.
I’m using CMAQv5.3.2 to simulate dust concentration. I try to use the Windblown Dust scheme to replace the local emission inventory.
As the result, the concentration of Ozone changed a lot, when I reduce the emission of primary particulate matter, the concentration of Ozone would increase.
Some research say that dust heterogeneous chemistry involves the uptake of gasphase species, like O3 + dust → products , which can explan the change of Ozone and NO.
But I can’t find the similar formula in the file “mech_cb6r3_ae7_aq.md”.

I would like to know does the current dust scheme in the CMAQ include dust heterogeneous chemistry that involves the uptake of gas-phase species?

Thanks!

The current CMAQ model does not include any dust heterogeneous chemistry involving gas-phase species. Thanks and please let me know if you have more any questions.

Thanks a lot!
I will try the other way to explain my result.
