Hello! What version of WRF should CMAQv5.4 be used with? Is WRFv3.9 OK? Where can I find information about matching versions of CMAQ to tools such as WRF?
WRFv3.9 works fine. But remember to upgrade your WPS version to v4+ to avoid potential issues of older version of WPS.
