How download wrfcmaq_twoway_coupler?

I’m installing the WRFv4.3-CMAQv5.3.3 model, but this web site (https://github.com/USEPA/CMAQ/blob/UTIL/wrfcmaq_twoway_coupler) don’t give download link of wrfcmaq_twoway_coupler. Can you tell me where to download? Thanks in advance for your help!

Thank you for your interest in the WRF-CMAQ system. The code used to couple the WRFv4.3-CMAQv5.3.3 models is now released as part of the CMAQ repo. When you clone the CMAQv5.3.3 repo you will have all the files you need on the CMAQ side. You will still need to download and install WRFv4.3.
