Compatibility questions for the WRF–CMAQ two-way coupled model

I am currently working with the WRF–CMAQ two-way coupled model (WRF 4.3 – CMAQ v5.3.3) and would like to clarify the following points regarding its compatibility and capabilities:

  1. Is it possible to use ISAM (Integrated Source Apportionment Method) within the two-way WRF–CMAQ framework?

  2. Can the WRF component in the two-way coupled system be further coupled with ROMS (for atmosphere–ocean interactions)?

  3. Is the Process Analysis ¶ module available and functional in the two-way coupled WRF–CMAQ configuration?

There’s no reason to expect that ISAM or process analysis wouldn’t work with the WRF-CMAQ model, but neither is well tested because this is not a common way to configure the model.
