Global emission files for year 2019

Can anyone please tell us where to get the global emission files for the input as IC/BC in WRF-CMAQ for a real-time run. The issue is MOZART-4 is available for 2018 only and we are not able to find any other substitute for this.

I am not sure what you are looking for is the emissions as IC/BC. You need air quality concentrations not emissions as IC/BC

### Create Initial and Boundary Conditions from Seasonal Average Hemispheric CMAQ Output ###
Purpose: This tutorial will step the user through the process of creating initial and boundary conditions from a seasonal average hemispheric CMAQ output file distributed through the CMAS data warehouse. It assumes that the user already generated MCIP files for their target modeling domain.

### STEP 1: Obtain the seasonal average hemispheric CMAQ output file from the CMAS data warehouse</strong>

EPA distributes a file containing seasonal average 3D species concentrations from a hemispheric CMAQ simulation performed for 2016 over the northern hemisphere. These simulations were performed with a pre-release version of CMAQv5.3 using the following configuration:  

- Model version: CMAQv5.3 beta2 (February 2018), including full halogen and DMS chemistry  
- Grid spacing: 108 x 108 km on a polar stereographic grid covering the northern hemisphere  
- Vertical layers: 44  
- Meteorological fields: WRF3.8  
- Chemical mechanism: CB6R3M_AE7_KMTBR  
- Dry Deposition: M3DRY

Hello.
I want to run CMAQ with Global emission data-set.but i don’t have any idea. Could you help me ?
In other word I want run CMAQ + WRF and use Global emission except SMOKE. I’m beginner in CMAQ. Please help me.
