Problem using NCF2IOAPI on CAM5 output using mozart2camx

I am trying to use the mozart2camx to create IC/BC for CMAQ from CAM5 output. I have installed the mozart2camx software and I am trying to use ncf2ioapi.waccm.job script on my CAM5 output.
After the job runs for a while this is the error that I am getting
*** ERROR ABORT in subroutine OPOUTFILE
MOZART data should not include either poles. Run nco.no_poles.job to exclude poles.

Any help on how to handle this is highly appreciated

I do not have experience running mozart2camx, but the following instructions are provided in your log file.

Run nco.no_poles.job to exclude poles.

Is there another script available with that name that you can run?

Have you solved the problem? I had the same problem when I used global data of CAM-chem.

Hello, I ran into the same error as you did.
Then I downloaded the new data without pole (-90<latitude<90), and problem solved.
I hope this will help you.
