There is existing a error when I use my domain in coupled WRF-CMAQ?
*** ERROR ABORT in subroutine OPDDEP on PE 000
Could not create CTM_DRY_DEP_1 file

Hi gc13141112,

According to the error message you have provided, the cause has nothing to do with two-way model process. Creating CTM_DRY_DEP_1 is part of regular CMAQ operation and that file is one of the default output files. Please check to make sure there is no existing CTM_DRY_DEP_1 file in your output directory.
