I really puzzled why it create and empty

I tried CMAQ-5.3 the scripts Is pre-prepared,but it seems ouccurd a same issue so I doubt if that an error while compiling ioapi [image]

The portion of your log that you have shown does not indicate what the problem is (the part in your first screen shot is not a problem). Is there anything before “BAD TERMINATION …”? Maybe something that indicates which process terminated? Then you can look at the CTM_LOG file for that process.
